SHAHI TUKDA
(Simple and Easy Dessert Recipes)Ingredients:
- Bread Slice - 8 Large slices
- Milk - 2 cup
- Condensed Milk - 1 cup
- Black Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
- Almond and Pistachio for garnish
Method:
- Slice the bread as per your own desired shapes using a mould.
- Preheat the oven to 100°C
- Bake the bread slices at 100°C for 5 to 8 minutes till golden brown. Apply ghee on both the sides of each slice.
- In a microwave safe bowl mix milk, condensed milk, black raisins and cardamom powder and microwave at 100°C for 4 to 5 minutes , until it thickens. Allow to cool.
- Arrange the baked bread slices in a serving plate and pours the thickened milk over its.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio nuts.
