(Simple and Easy Dessert Recipes)
 


Ingredients:

  • Bread Slice - 8 Large slices
  • Milk - 2 cup
  • Condensed Milk - 1 cup
  • Black Raisins - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
  • Almond and Pistachio for garnish 

Method:

  • Slice the bread as per your own desired shapes using a mould.
  • Preheat the oven to 100°C
  • Bake the bread slices at 100°C for 5 to 8 minutes till golden brown. Apply ghee on both the sides of each slice.
  • In a microwave safe bowl mix milk, condensed milk, black raisins and cardamom powder and microwave at 100°C for 4 to 5 minutes , until it thickens. Allow to cool.
  • Arrange the baked bread slices in a serving plate and pours the thickened milk over its.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio nuts.
