CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients:

• Flour - 1 cup
• Butter -3/4 cup
• Condensed Milk - 40 ml
• Castor Sugar - 50gm
• Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
• Chocolate chips  and icing for garnish
  
• Vanilla Extract - 3 tsp
• Walnuts - 1/2 (chopped)
• Salt a pinch
• Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp (optional)
• Chocolate - 75gm (pieces)
  
• Egg -2 (optional)
  

 

Method:

Preheat the microwave at convection mode  to 200°C

Cream together butter, egg and castor sugar till light and fluffy.

Add condensed milk and mix gently. Add flour, coco powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate pieces and form together into soft dough. Add walnuts and chocolate chips mix gently.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on a baking tray or cookie sheets cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool and dust icing sugar or cocoa powder on top.

Serve with tea or coffee.
