  CHOCOLATE MUFFIN


Ingredients:

  • Flour - 2 cup
  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk - 1cup
  • Dark Chocolate - 1 cup ( grated)
  • Baking powder - 11/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
  • Almond and Walnuts - 3/4 cup (chopped)
  • Paper Cups - 10 to 15 cups
  • Choco chips for decoration

Method:

  • Mix the flour and baking powder and sieve it.
  • Melt the grated chocolate, butter with milk for 20 to 25 seconds in microwave safe bowl and add the sieved flour mix gently.
  • Add vanilla essence and nuts with milk and make a cake batter.
  • Preheat the oven at 180°C fill the paper cups with the batter only half portion so that they can rise enough.
  • Bake the batter in the oven for 180°C for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven keep it aside to cool. Decorating with icing, choco chips and serve it.
