 KALAKAND


Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk - 1 cup
  • Paneer - 2 cups  (mashed)
  • Full cream milk powder - 3 tbps
  • Cardamom powder - 2 tsp (or) Vanilla essence - 4 drops
  • A pinch of salt

For Garnish: 

  • Almond - 1/4 tbsp (finely sliced)
  • Saffron 


Method:

Mix paneer, milk powder and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.

mix it well and microwave at 90% power for 5 to 10 minutes till it thickens. Stir in between.

Then spread it on a greased thali.

Sprinkle cardamom powder and keep aside to set. Garnish with almond and saffron.

When cool, cut into pieces.
